    GlobeTech is an IT service business delivering first class market focused teams to companies expanding their existing operations or entering new markets.  We recruit across 40 languages worldwide with offices in Cork, Paris, and Cupertino and have over 400 staff members worldwide. GlobeTech manages the complete project from defining the requirements, sourcing the resources and building the team either as an onsite or outsourced operation with excellence built into all aspects of what we do. As a HR Representative you will work in a team of Hr Professionals and look after all HR Administration duties.


    • Liaising with the recruitment function regarding pipeline of new hires
    • Draft and issue contracts of employment, welcome packs and relevant policies
    • Responsible for overseeing and updating the HR database with new hires
    • Completion of reference checks
    • Issue induction documents
    • Produce administration letters for employees
    • Liaising with Logistics department to assist smooth onboarding and relocation of new hires
    • Responsible for the application of Employment Permits
    • Coordination of induction training and meet new hires
    • Note-taking on HR processes including disciplinary and grievance meetings 
    • Compensation & Benefits administration including the maintenance, renewal and changes to the various benefit schemes.
    • Timely and accurate administration of all HR functions, including written correspondence, record keeping, filing etc.
    • Maintain, manage and audit personnel files 
    • Assist HR Manager and Generalist to update company documents, policies, regulations and procedures 
    • Involvement in company-wide communication including; social club, events, updates to policies and procedures and wellness activities
    • Produce monthly company newsletter
    • Produce a range of reports
    • Ad hoc HR administration duties as required


    • CIPD or Degree in HR is essential
    • Demonstrate good communication skills
    • Attention to detail will be critical
    • Proven organisational skills.
    • Highly motivated with a flexible approach to duties.
    • High level of drive and capability to work on own initiative
    • Excellent computer literacy with knowledge of MS office applications, and familiar with OSX advantageous.
