    Job Summary:


    We are currently seeking an Accounts Assistant/Administrator to join our expanding team. This position carries out responsibilities across two business functions as outlined below.


    This role is a 12 month Fixed term contract with the potential for extension.




    • Manage rents and utility bills for apartments, allocate and bill back to Client on a monthly basis
    • Manage employee’s expenses, allocate and bill back to Client on a monthly basis
    • Dealing with internal and external calls
    • Receiving & dispatching all incoming/outgoing mail along with dispatching couriers (local & international)
    • Dispatching ordering of office supplies including for internal office and external apartments
    • Ordering of voucher payments for employees/contractors
    • Any other ad hoc duties




    • Assistance in the preparation of the monthly management accounts for multiple companies
    • Back-up for administering company payroll
    • Supporting the finance department by assisting specific deadlines
    • Maintenance of accuracy of the nominal ledger and accounts reconciliation
    • Respond to finance related queries within the finance office
    • Assist in the preparation of revenue returns
    • Bank account reconciliations




    • Currently studying IATI or recently completed IATI qualification with ambitions to pursue a career in Accountancy.
    • Minimum of 6 months office experience in an admin/accounts capacity
    • High level of accuracy with numbers and proficient with excel spreadsheets
    • Ability to work cross functionally between accounts and administration
    • Good team player but also have the ability to work on own initiative
    • Ensuring attention is given at all times to the ‘detail’
    • Proactive attitude, good organisational skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
    • Ability to take instruction well
    • Excellent computer literacy with knowledge of MS office applications
    • Fluent English
